LADIES LEARN TO LIFT

Learn to lift weights in a non intimidating environment under our supervision and guidance.

It’s intimidating to walk into the weights area of a gym when you don’t know what you’re doing, and surrounded by people who do. It doesn’t have to be this way. At Envisagym, we solve this problem by providing a friendly and welcoming environment. We create programs for you, while supervising you through it at all times. We teach you the correct way to perform the exercises – making sure that you learn, get results and most importantly enjoy your sessions.
